The High Atlas, the greatest mountain range of North Africa, is perhaps the most beautiful and intriguing part of Morocco. It has retained a remoteness which until recent decades was virtually complete, and contains villages where the way of life has changed little for centuries. Visit Imlil, gateway to Toubkal National Park.

Below you will find several sample excursions. The excursions are available throughout the year and can be modified to your own wishes. Make your selection below:

Imlil Excursion: In Imlil you start a walk with a guide to Aremd village (1900 meters). On the way you will be able to see traditional Berber villages and see the highest peak in the North of Africa, Jbel Toubkal (4167 meters). After about 1 - 1,5 hours, you will go to a traditional gite (guesthouse) to have a wonderful lunch. From here you will have a beautiful view of the Mizane Valley. After lunch it will be a 30 minute walk back to Imlil.
